Smoke break.

Me- "Dude, they're gonna take our picture!"
Cugra- "For slaying the beast?"
Me - "Yeah for slaying the beast, what'ya think? Now try and look cool! We're gonna be stars!"
Cugra - "I don't know how to look cool!"
Me - "You already look cool.  Just pose behind me and smile."
Cugra - "Am I doing it right?"
Me - "You're seriously over complicating this. Like I said, you already look badass."
Cugra - "Tara I'm scared"
Me - "Oh my god, you literally cannot mess this up.  Don't even worry about it."

Me - "just hold it"

This was originally going to be a simple piece but then Deftones and synethsesia happened and I lost control of my paintbrush.

So here we are, "best bud" and oldest character Cugra and I in the world of Metal Empire have slain this massive beast.  As it rots under the sun, the film crew comes to get our story and take our picture in front of the setting sun.  We try to look cool but I end up looking like an angry badger and Cugra an anxiety ridden Jackrabbit.  We smoke in an attempt to look even cooler, though as Cugra is the only actual smoker pictured here, I smoke a cigar. 

Don't ask about the eye in the sky.

It just felt....right.
